Trent Byerly, CEO & Wealth Manager at Mossy Creek Wealth, has been helping clients manage their wealth for 24 years. Trent began his career with a planning firm in Richmond, VA and in 2000 he founded his own firm in order to provide his clients true independent advice coupled with his passion to deliver the highest level of service.

Trent holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations and is licensed in Life, Health and Variable Annuities.

Trent grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech. Trent is a proud father of three children, twins Matthew and Ryan, and their younger sister, Brooke. When Trent is not working or spending time with his family, he is usually working on the family farm.

Bobby graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Economics.

Originally from Kentucky, Bobby moved to Richmond in 2009 and has been living in the Shenandoah Valley area since 2018. Bobby grew up an athlete and has developed a lifetime passion for sports, especially baseball. In his free time, you can expect to find Bobby out on the water fishing or in the woods hunting with his bow during season. Bobby values personal fitness and is often engaged in new books seeking knowledge and continuous personal improvement.

A graduate of Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and former Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corp, Coleman’s impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and perpetual drive for excellence, make him a valuable member of our team here at Mossy Creek Wealth. He works on the operations side of the business, handling accounts, analyzing data, ensuring records are compliant and facilitating a smooth relay of information and paperwork.

Coleman is a devoted family man to his wife, Hannah, and their two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys working in his yard, gardening, caring for his fruit trees and growing flowers for his wife. You’ll also find him serving on the Board of Zoning Appeals in Bridgewater, volunteering at his church, leading a Trail Life troop – teaching boys outdoor skills, and accepting his daughter’s frequent tea-party invitations.
